BELIEFS
 

WE BELIEVE in one God, who is eternal, all-powerful, and absolutely Holy, who has revealed Himself to man as existing in three distinguishable expressions of His essential being: The Father, Jesus Christ (the Son), and the Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14; and John 14:15-17)

 

WE BELIEVE that the Bible, composed of the Old and New Testaments (the accepted canon of Holy Scripture) is God’s eternal, inspired, infallible Word in its entirety and is the supreme standard and final authority for all conduct, faith, and doctrine. (2 Timothy 3:16-17; 1 Corinthians 2:13; 2Peter 1:19-21)

 

WE BELIEVE Christ died for our sins, was buried and rose again on the third day, and personally appeared to His disciples.

WE BELIEVE in the salvation of sinners by grace, through repentance and faith in the perfect and sufficient work of the cross of Calvary by which we obtain remission of sins. (Ephesians 2:8-9; Hebrews 9:12-15; Romans 5:11)
 
WE BELIEVE in the Spirit-filled life, a life of separation from the world and perfecting of holiness in the fear of God as an expression of Christian faith. (Ephesians 5:18; 2 Corinthians 6:14; 7:1)
 
WE BELIEVE in eternal life for believers: a literal heaven, where we will live and reign with Christ and eternal punishment for unbelievers: a literal hell for those who reject Christ. (John 5:24; Mark 9:43-58; 2 Thessalonians 1:9)
 

WE BELIEVE the church is a local community of believers unified through faith in Christ. The church works together in love and unity, intent on ultimate purpose of glorifying Christ. (Matthew 16:18-19; Acts 2:41-47; Ephesians 1:22-23)

WE ARE FULL OF GRACE: Lost people matter to God and so they matter to Gracepoint Church.

 
WE ARE PASSIONATE WORSHIPERS: We live to worship Jesus at every
moment of our lives. Worship is not just a Sunday event but a lifestyle.
 
WE ARE PURPOSEFUL: We will maintain an extraordinary amount of
excitement and energy over things that matter most to God! We will not be silent as we take next steps in our walk with Christ. We will not cater to personal preference. We are more concerned with the people we are trying to reach than the people we are trying to keep.
 
WE ARE UNITED: We have 1 vision. Gracepoint exists because of the vision God has given Pastor Raisa. We will stand shoulder-to-shoulder on the front line and in unity defend and guard that vision.
 
WE ARE INSPIRED: We dream big because our God is Big and we want everyone to dream bigger along with us. We will do all that we can to see people unleashed with new purpose through Jesus Christ.
 
WE ARE TRANSFORMATIONAL: Life change best happens
in community, and we know Jesus changes the course of
our life story as he progressively transforms us into who
He has purposed us to be. We will be discipled and
hold each other accountable.
